Delegated Design Oversight (DDO) as the Core Delivery Model<\/h3>\n

Delegated Design Oversight is the centerpiece of the proposed model. Under DDO, Cambium retains design authority (often as Engineer of Record or lead specialty engineer) while defining performance criteria and interface boundaries for other delegated designers such as steel, timber, precast, curtain wall, or modular system engineers.<\/p>\n

The firm does not replace delegated engineers but governs their work on behalf of the owner. Responsibilities include qualification review, alignment of design assumptions, oversight of calculations and shop drawings, and resolution of system conflicts before fabrication or construction.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
