Automatic Delivery–Convenience You Can Count On
Tracking the weather, and providing on-time deliveries year-’round, is the life’s blood of our business. We use a state-of-the-art computer system and special delivery forecasting software to track and analyze your past energy requirements and to monitor your system’s performance. That’s how we know, based on the weather, when your fuel needs to be replenished.
We monitor your fuel consumption using degree days for the greatest accuracy. We calculate degree days by subtracting the average daily temperature from 65, starting from the first cold day of the season until your automatic delivery arrives. From that number, we can determine when you’ll need your next delivery.
At Parker, we take great pride in our ability to provide accurate, on-time deliveries all year ’round, no matter what the weather. Our fleet of modern delivery trucks undergoes a rigorous maintenance schedule that assures peak performance. And our truck meters are all certified for accuracy by the government’s Department of Weights and Measures.
BUDGET BILLING
At Parker, we want to make it as convenient as possible for you to manage your fuel costs. That’s why we offer the sensible Budget Plan. It allows you to evenly spread your fuel costs over a 10 month period, so you always know your energy costs ahead of time. That means no worries about unexpected bills appearing in your mailbox! Your monthly billing amount is calculated by our heating professionals, who carefully examine your fuel usage of previous years. For your convenience, we accept both Visa and MasterCard, and we can even process your payments over the telephone.
